Hiring Us. We try to make things as easy as possible on both you and us in regards to hiring us to perform. The Pyrate Man is usually accompanied by one assistant. The set up fits in a 10' wide by 10' deep area and a minimum of 10' of overhead space is required but 15' is preferred. We are prepared to perform both inside and out to an average crowd of 500.
You must provide 110 volt current with an accessible outlet within 50 feet of the stage area. You will also provide adequate stage cover from weather if an outside event.

To Hire us for either the wedding package or the basic DJ package, please fill out the contract and return it with a non-refundable deposit of no less than 50% of the total price. The balance is due prior to the start of the event and we will not perform without the balance being paid. Costs are broken down as follows:
WEDDING RECEPTION: The Wedding Reception package is offered at the flat rate of $500 for five hours of entertainment, music, and EmCee duties as required. (for more information on this package see: WEDDING PACKAGE).
BASIC PACKAGE: The Basic Package is offered at $100 per hour with a four-hour minimum. This includes entertainment and music as well as prizes and more. (for more information on this package see: BASIC DJ PACKAGE). This package is perfect for birthdays, high school reunions, anniversaries, parties, and fund raising.
ADDITIONAL COSTS:
TIME. Additional performance time can be added at the standard $100 per hour and must be paid in total prior to the event.
TRAVEL.Please check our Travel Map to see if your event might fall into an area requiring additional travel costs. The Green area of the map will require no additional travel cost, while the red area requires an additional $100 for fuel. Outside of that are, the travel costs are computed figuring in milage, fuel costs, boarding, and food for The Pyrate Man (. . . .oh, and rum) and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. These additional costs must be paid in full with the initial deposit.
