Steve "Sir Black Fox" Kimball began his entertainment career by helping his older brother Bob, working record hops in the mid 1970s. By 1978, at the age of 16, Steve was the youngest professional DJ in the Baltimore area. As part of the Bill Spicer and the Hitmakers team he cut his teeth as a Master of Ceremonies while gathering improvisation skills.

This familiarity with the microphone continued when Steve joined the United States Navy as a Broadcast Journalist. He served for ten full years before returning home to Maryland.

Shortly after his shoes hit land again, he and brother Bob began anew in the DJ community in the form of their own company, Music Madness. Switching from vinyl 45 rpm records to compact discs was a natural adaptation and the Kimball brothers entertained crowds in a three-state area. Their antics tuned and mastery of recorded music, they ran a successful DJ business for 10 years before retiring.

Steve is back . . .but this time as The Pyrate Man!
